PamDesigns offers four levels of service as well as additional service options from which you can choose a variety of drawing types and documents to meet your individual needs and budget. If the type of drawing or configuration that you prefer is not described herein, please call 805-266-1176 for a quote. In most cases we can modify our layout to match the format size and style conventions you use.

Additional Services

Billable space: Charges for cabinet drawings are by the linear foot rather than the square foot so you only pay for what is drawn—not the blank space on your page. The billable space is defined in linear feet. This refers to cabinetry in a line as well as other items that are part of the structure or integral to the design yet are separate from cabinetry such as appliances, fixtures, walls, doors and windows. Wall and base cabinets are combined as well as stacked cabinetry and charged at the same rate as tall cabinets. Islands and peninsulas are double the longest length. Linear feet are rounded up to whole numbers and charges are rounded up to the nearest half dollar.

To initiate a project, you will need to make a deposit of half of the base rate of the level of service for each plan set that you order and fax back the signed Agreement that outlines the scope of the project and initial estimated charges.

When changes or additions are made to a project, additional charges will be assessed. Changes may be initiated by (but are not limited to) the submission of a Change Order. See the revision charges described for each of the levels of service described below. Revisions are only available when the changes will be made using the same digital catalog and software. If changes require the use of a separate digital catalog or software, then a new plan set will need to be ordered.


	Level 1: Idea Developer		The price is based on the floor plan and is $75 for the first 30 linear feet plus $1 for each additional linear foot of billable space per set. Revisions are not available. An additional concept will need to be created.

	Level 2: The Big Picture		The price is based on the floor plan and is $100 for the first 30 linear feet plus $1.50 for each additional linear foot of billable space per set. $50 will be credited to the cost of the Level 2 set that was generated from another level set previously created if the new set is created using a different digital catalog within the same software. Revisions are available at $35 for the first 30 linear feet plus $1.50 for each additional linear foot of changes to billable space. This includes generating a Level 2 set from a Level 1, 3 or 4 set that has already been created. Fill out and submit a change order request form to initiate a revision.

	Level 3: All The Details		The price is based on the floor plan and is $150 for the first 30 linear feet plus $2.00 for each additional linear foot of billable space per set. $50 will be credited to the cost of the Level 3 set that was generated from another level set previously created if the new set is created using a different digital catalog within the same software. No credit is given for previously drawn plans if the plan is to be redrawn using different software. Level 3 revisions are available at $50 for the first 30 linear feet plus $2 for each additional linear foot of changes to billable space when the changes are to be made using the same digital catalog. Fill out and submit a change order request form to initiate a revision.

	Level 4: Cabinet Retailers Only		The price is based on the floor plan and is $175 for the first 30 linear feet plus $2.50 for each additional linear foot of billable space per set. $50 will be credited to the cost of the Level 4 set that was generated from another level set previously created if the new set is created using a different digital catalog within the same software. No credit is given for previously drawn plans if the plan is to be redrawn using different software. Level 4 revisions are available at $50 for the first 30 linear feet plus $2.50 for each additional linear foot of changes to billable space when the changes are to be made using the same digital catalog. Please note that creation of plans and quotes generated by 20-20 .kit files that you submit do not constitute a revision (regardless of changes) and will be considered “initial plans and quotes” for billing purposes. Fill out and submit a change order request form to initiate a revision.

	Additional Services		Color Renderings: These are available in addition to Levels 2, 3 & 4 and are formatted to fit an 11” x 8 1/2” sheet but can fit onto a partial space on a sheet with other drawings. Prices are as follows: $150 - 1 perspective or birds-eye (top) view $200 - 1 set that includes one birds-eye (top) view and one perspective $200 - two perspective set $100 - for each additional perspective or birds-eye (top) view added to a set $50 - for each rendered elevation Counter top Plan: The price is based on a floor plan generated from any of the service levels above. It is $50 for the first 30 linear feet plus $1 for each additional linear foot of counter top slab (regardless of the width of the slab). No charge for back splashes. An elevation may also be included for special circumstances such as unique height or shaped back splash design at no extra charge. See sample countertop plan sample. Regarding specifications, installation notes, price quotes and product lists: These are included in Level 3 and Level 4 and are generated from the plans created from 20-20 software. These are included in the linear-foot price charged for the drawings. If you opt not to have these included with the drawings, there is no credit given. A complete separate set of drawings and a quote will need to be created for the same layout incorporating cabinets made by a different manufacturer or for a different cabinet series (different digital catalog). A $50 credit is applied (if the same software is used) because the room components have already been created. However, multiple retail quotes of the same layout may be requested for $35 each to compare prices between different cabinet door styles, options or finishes selected from within the same digital catalog. (This option is only available if 20-20 software is used to create the drawings.)
