Color Renderings:
Color renderings include material textures, reflections and shadows. Floor and ceiling textures are included as well as accessories to express an artistic representation of the space. Furniture and accessories are added to help convey scale and character of the space. Lighting is added to demonstrate different effects such as under cabinet lighting or other accent lighting. We can even place the sun's location outside a window to give a sense of time of day or directionality as the suns rays are reflected within the room.

A color rendering may only be generated from designs created from Level 2, 3 or 4 above and are formatted to fit an 11” x 8 1/2” sheet but can fit onto a partial space on a sheet with other drawings. Examples of rendering sets are shown in the gallery. Rendered perspectives have been incorporated into the Level 3 Sample Set. Add one business day for development, set up and production.

Countertop Plan:
The primary purpose of this plan is for obtaining an estimate from a countertop fabricator and can be generated from Levels 1, 2, 3 or 4 designs. It may also be incorporated into Level 4 as part of the plan set. This plan includes locating the counter top slabs as well as back splash if made from the same material. See countertop plan sample.
